Free Trial Period
We offer a 7‑day free trial so clients can evaluate our service.
During this trial, clients may cancel at any time and will not be charged.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted if Horizon Edge Ventures fails to provide the service as described during the free trial period.
A refund may be issued only if:

The service was not delivered,

The system failed to operate as promised,

And the issue was reported during the trial period.
Once the service has been properly delivered and the trial period ends, no refunds will be issued.
No Refunds After Trial
After the free trial expires and billing begins:

All payments are final and non‑refundable

No refunds for unused time

No refunds for early cancellations

No refunds for lack of usage
The client is responsible for canceling before the trial ends if they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not qualify for a refund of past charges.
Chargeback & Dispute Protection
By subscribing, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for services that were properly delivered.
Unauthorized disputes may result in account termination.
Service Responsibility
Horizon Edge Ventures is not responsible for:

Business revenue outcomes

Missed opportunities
-
Client response rates
-
Third‑party platform issues
Results may vary depending on the client’s business, market, and customer engagement.
Agreement
By purchasing our services, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
No Guarantee Clause
Horizon Edge Ventures does not guarantee specific results, revenue, customer conversions, or response rates.
Service performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Client Responsibility Clause
Clients are responsible for monitoring their subscription status and canceling before the free trial ends.
Failure to cancel on time does not qualify for a refund.
